Please complete registration through the SCINT2009 website http://www.scint2009.org. If online registration is not available, please contact the secretariat at admin@scint2009.org. The online registration system will close 18:00 May 15, 2009 local time. To take advantage of lower registration rates, early registration and payment must be made by April 30, 2009.
 Presenting Authors’ Registration
All authors presenting either oral or poster presentation(s), including invited speakers, must complete the early registration online and remit the required registration fee by April 30, 2009 in order to remain on the final program.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All refunds will be made after the conference for administrative reasons. Bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
 Before March 31, 2009: Full Refund
Before April 30, 2009: Refund or the registration fee less 15% administrative costs
Before June 1, 2009: refund of the registration fee less 30% administrative costs
June 2, 2009 and after: No refund
Methods of Payment
Full Payment before the given deadline is recommended. Confirmation will be sent upon clearance of payment. Receipts will be provided at the on-site registration desk.
Credit Card
Persons paying with credit cards may register online. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB will be accepted. Please note that if your credit card is declined or is invalid, an alternate payment must be used to remit fees
Wire Transfer
Wire transfer from your bank may be made directly to the account below. All bank charges are to be paid by the registrants. Be sure to verify the registrant’s name when wiring the fee. |
